  1. Invited by Core Team | Win a Bounty/Grant
  2. Member-to-be fills out the Member Application Form (dm Neil for creation of this)
  3. Member receives Member Welcome Email (dm Srijani for copy ideas)
  4. Member introduces themselves on Discord to unlock the rest of Discord
  5. Member now has access to new channels in Discord
  6. Member joins the local lu.ma calendar
  7. Members meetings 1:1 with someone from the Core Team
