⚡ As a local Superteam head, you’re welcome to decide on which elements of Superteam you’d like to adopt and which elements you’d like to try from scratch. Below is a non-exhaustive list of what you can decide to use off-the-shelf and what you can build bespoke.

- All Superteams assemble at 6pm IST on Thursdays to celebrate wins, share updates, and hang out together.
- Superteam Earn
- All earning opportunities are listed through this single front-end
- Grant Infrastructure
- Use our Airtable/Zapier/Discord stack to evaluate and distribute grants
- Global Distribution
- The primary Twitter page, along with media assets like Youtube and Substack, are available to help push your messaging to a broader audience.
- Exclusivity
- All Superteams must have a limited Member base of 150 people or less.
- Reputation System
- Though you might not need it until later in your journey, all Superteams share the same schematic for Reputation and a unified global Dashboard.
- Stack Exchange XP System
- Fully automated system to enable people to receive XP by answering questions on Stack Overflow

Specific to each
- Local Distribution
- Universities, media outlets, etc. How you choose to get the word out is your prerogative.
- Member Evaluation
- You decide who is in your community, simple as that.
- Discord Design
- Feel free to copy our general design but institute what feels right for your community.
- Events
- Whether it’s IRL or virtual, your async calendar is yours to populate as you see fit.
- Onboarding
- Given your community design may vary, your onboarding is likely to vary as well.
- Substack
- To share your monthly recap newsletter and individual pieces of writing from your community
- Community GDP
- You’ll need to maintain your own records of how much GDP your community has earned
