Who We Are
Superteam is a grantee of the Solana Foundation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network, with the aim of growing the Solana ecosystem in new markets. With dedicated communities in eight countries, Superteam has become the forefront of community building for Solana. Now, as Superteam looks to expand into Latin America, the Foundation is helping identify high-caliber leaders who can contribute to the growth of Solana in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Lead the expansion of Solana's ecosystem and community within the assigned territory. Collaborate effectively with vital partners including the Solana Foundation, Superteam, government bodies, corporate entities, academic institutions, and other pivotal players.
- Business Development: Engage with enterprises from diverse sectors to promote the integration and utilization of Solana's cutting-edge blockchain technology.
- Community Development: Establish, nurture, and expand a robust and active Solana community in Brazil, ensuring continuous engagement, feedback, and collaboration between Solana and its users.
- Partnership Management: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships that can further Solana's reach and influence in the assigned territory.
- Brand Marketing: Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to elevate Solana's brand presence, recognition, and reputation in the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of significant professional experience in leadership capacities, preferably in technology or finance sectors.
- Profound knowledge of blockchain technology, with specific expertise in Solana and its expansive ecosystem.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships and communications.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's or MBA, especially with a concentration in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business, is highly desirable.
- Residency in the assigned territory or a willingness to relocate there. Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (for Brazil) is essential.
- A fervent advocate for blockchain and web3 innovations. A history of contributions to open-source projects and an established standing within major web3 communities will be an added benefit.
- A dynamic entrepreneurial mindset, combined with relentless drive and ambition. The ideal candidate will possess an innate ability to foster community, spearhead growth initiatives, and champion the expansion of Solana in the assigned territory.
