⚡ Superteam is a mission-driven community. We help people learn, earn, and build on Solana. As you begin the journey of setting up your own Superteam, here are a few things to keep in mind.

🔑 Keys to Success:
- Work-to-Earn
- Gearing your community towards earnings - rather than speculation - is the fastest way to separate the tourists from the true believers. The Solana ecosystem is only as good as the talent within it - ensuring that people in your community are interested, available, and able to work is the sine-non-qua of Superteam.
- Community Building is a Proof of Work Game
- There’s no substitute for talking to every single one of your early Members 1:1, for seeding Discord with discussion topics and resources, or for putting in the time to get people unblocked.
- Focus on the Best, Not the Most.
- Breadth is overrated in community building. Instead, focus your time and attention on helping the highest-potential people in your community succeed. Tactically, this means focusing more on Members than on Lurkers.
⚠️ Problems to Solve
- Finding Your First 12 Disciplines
- Many of your hardest problems will start to get easier once you have the first dozen core Members. With 12 true believers, you can start to generate organic momentum. There’s a diversity of skills so Members can help out on each other’s projects, meaningfully. And you’ll have enough people to start building the culture.
- Build Your Distribution
- Attention is the scarcest resource in Web3. Finding ways to regularly get in touch with people who can help you grow is difficult. General tactics include getting active on Twitter ASAP, building ties with adjacent and relevant communities, finding public champions who believe in the mission, university outreach, etc. But you’ll find to find ways that are contextual, which isn’t easy.
- Creating Opportunities for the Community
- These might be learning, earning, or building opportunities. But what can people do after they join Superteam? How active will they be?
