🔮 Problems We’re Solving

Earning in crypto is the gateway drug. Once you earn on-chain, you can feel the tangible benefits of instant, trustless settlements. You can begin exploring the DeFi and NFT ecosystem. And most importantly, you realize you can contribute meaningfully to the future of crypto. Right now, there are two pieces of friction for people trying to earn:

1. Finding Opportunities
   1. Often the hardest part of breaking into crypto is seeing what’s available. Current solutions are skimming through Twitter, Discord, and individual project’s Notion pages. No aggregators exist to make the search easier for talented people.
2. Building Proof of Work
   1. Once someone does find and close a work opportunity, there’s no way to carry that social proof with them. Education has certifications, but earning does not. This increases the friction in quickly building the trust needed to win future earning opportunities, which is particularly problematic for those new to the ecosystem.

🛠️ Introducing: Superteam Earn

To solve these problems, we created Superteam Earn. In our beta release, we have two core features:

Surface Opportunities through a Hybrid On/Off Chain Earnings Aggregator

1. Aggregate both on-chain and off-chain earning opportunities in an open-source database. Provide escrow for on-chain work and simple redirects for off-chain work. Any sponsor can permissionlessly add an earning opportunity, and any talented individual can begin working immediately.

Credentialing through an Evolving NFT

1. Work completed and verified through our platform generates an NFT credential that can be used by itself in the future or leveraged by any other protocol. The NFT includes details about who sponsored the work, the nature of the work, and how much was earned.
